Not all Exmouth Baptist Church children's groups meet all year round and times may vary,
so please contact us for more information.
Sunday School
- Children of all ages join with the adults for the first part of the morning service before leaving for their own group.
- A drawing table is available for children to use during their time in the main service.
- Sunday school activities include games and craft work based on the Bible passage for the week.
- Later in the service they return to share with the congregation what they have been doing.
Parent and child playroom
- During the service parents with infants or small children may wish to use the play room, just off the foyer.
This is carpeted and has boxes of toys.
There is a window into the main sanctuary and a sound feed from the service.
- There is an accessible toilet on the other side of the foyer with baby-changing facilities.
Friday Club for primary school children (Years 1-6)
- The group meets from 6-7pm on Fridays during term-time.
- Activities include games, Bible stories, art and craft, and other special activities from time to time.
- Artwork from this group is displayed in the church hall.
7Up Youth Club for secondary school age (year 7 plus)
- The group meets from 7.15-8:45pm on Fridays during term-time.
- The club room has soft furniture to relax and spend time together.
- Activities vary and include the use of a games console.
- The evenings focus on a theme or Bible passage
and have a God Zone
to help the group reflect on the topic.
